Ingredients

12oz Cashews
1/4 tsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp herbes de provence
1/2 tsp fleur de sel (or sea salt)
Instructions
- Toast. Add all ingredients to a hot skillet, tossing frequently until cashews are toasted. You will know when they are done because the cashews will be a little shimmery and have specks of brown.
