A delicious way to start the morning or as an afternoon pick-me-up snack, this Greek yogurt with persimmons recipe is super simple and filling. Vegetarian.

- 3/4 C Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Fuyu Persimmon, sliced or chopped
- 1/2 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 1/2 Tsp hemp seeds
Instructions
- Simply scoop yogurt into a bowl and top with persimmon, hemp seeds, and pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!
Notes
If you aren’t used to unsweetened yogurt and need a little sweetness, add 1/2 tsp honey to the yogurt and mix it before topping.
